Most 1KV insulation testers measure to only 2 or 4 Gig but this affordable unit measures to to 200Gig Ohm which means you will always having a reading. Hand Held Digital Insulation Tester 125/250/500/1000V with hand strap. Normally testers measuring to 200G are 2-3 times the price of this unit.
